How can I help you?<\/strong><\/h3>

Through one to one coaching sessions I can help you understand the menopause transition and what stage of the menopause you\u2019re at. Once you have an understanding of the menopause we can then look at current lifestyle choices and see what you can change to create new well-being goals to better help you through this transition time.<\/p>

The coaching sessions are all about helping you and supporting you, so that you can overcome any negative feelings and loss in confidence due to the menopause or a hysterectomy.\u00a0<\/p>

There is a lot of information out there and it can be very confusing and overwhelming when trying to understand this on your own. I wish I had known what I know now and then I could have been better prepared for both the peri-menopause, menopause and undergoing a hysterectomy.<\/p>

Having experienced early peri-menopause, combined with suffering with fibromyalgia and then finding out I have fibroids and require a hysterectomy in my 40's I have a unique understanding of what you are going through. I understand not everyone can embark on a gruelling exercise regime to lose weight. I certainly couldn't and still can't but with some gentle exercise and movement I am getting back to how I used to be.<\/p>

After gaining weight following a thyroidectomy in my 30's and then taking amitriptyline to manage fibromyalgia I understand how difficult it is to lose weight and feel more confident again. Over time I've taken small steps to eat better and after completing my 3rd Age Woman Transition Qualification I have a broader and more in-depth understanding of how my eating habits were affecting not only my weight gain but also my experience of the peri-menopause and menopause.       The Role of The Coach, what is it?<\/h3>

      A coach will help you navigate change and support you to achieve your goals. They will help you identify, define and clarify what your goals are and help you develop action plans to meet those goals.<\/p>

      Through encouragement and support I believe I can help you achieve your goals and transition through this 3rd stage of your life. Change isn't always easy, and you will make mistakes but by making mistakes you can learn from them and this shows you are trying to change.
